No help. Only downloaded app because web site has minimal troubleshooting and no downloadable manual. Can't figure out if my scale is broken or I'm using it wrong. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Absolutely amazing
Guess I should have known better but I bought a scale on ebay, new scale still in its original package, but not able to connect the scale with any devices. The scale I bought still has a handset jack for connection...none of my phones have this!! Guess I just have a glorified scale! I was so excited about using this...

Completely useless app does even work with the scale
Works great for me running Android 11 and you can use it as a stand alone scale. But finding the stainless steel scale (2.0 Pro version) is nearly impossible. Older versions of the scale are available on ebay. Whether the company still supports the bake version is questionable. But you can use any of their versions of the scale for all their apps.
Just give me a scale app that shows me how much the thing weighs and lets me change the units. I don't need all this cruft and these bad recipes. There is no way to simply use your scale as a scale.
